The Principles
Karl Auwarter, President
Our President, Karl Auwarter has over 20 years combined
experience in general construction, HVAC and building operating
systems. He is a twelve year US Navy veteran who entered
the private sector in 1992 as a building Chief Engineer
for the 170,000sf Conrail Technology Center. He then moved
to a national banking institution as a facility operations
manager for a 285,000sf data center, He progressed through
the ranks into project management where he managed the new
construction of several large data centers and office facilities.
Before forming KAVI, he held the position of Vice President
of Regional Operations where he oversaw a portfolio that
encompassed twenty seven sites, which included data centers,
call centers, offices and warehouses.
