Interior fit-out of dining room, kitchen and BOH areas Since 2010, KAVI Construction has completed over 10 Pizza Hut locations in the NJ area, fitting-out their new “Wing Street” facilities, renovating existing Pizza Hut restaurants and upgrading the kitchen equipment.

Duck Donuts Clark
An entrepreneur looking for a new opportunity enlisted KAVI Construction to build out a new exciting franchise, Duck Donuts, in Clark, NJ. The existing space was completely demoed and new wall partitions, finishes, plumbing, electrical, and hvac were installed as per the franchise’s specifications. A completely new exhaust hood and MUA system were also installed as part of this project.

Pancheros, Glassboro
KAVI Construction provided construction and project management services for a Pancheros restaurant fit out in Glassboro, New Jersey. The stand alone building was a former restaurant site. The interiors were completed demolished and renovated per the new space plan and specifications. The scope of work included but was not limited to new wall partitions, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and client specific finishes throughout. New structural bracing and wood members were also completed to support the addition of a new 1,000lb stainless steel exhaust hood.

Saladworks, Cinnaminson
Looking to grow their local business, an entrepreneur contracted with KAVI Construction after a competitive bid process to help fit out a vacant space in at a Cinnaminson, NJ shopping center. The scope of work consisted of installing custom millwork, stained concrete floors, overhead wood trellis, brick accent walls, and finish carpentry throughout. The Saladworks Corporation was looking to refresh their look with a new modern design; this location was the first of its kind in the New Jersey area. The scope of work also included new HVAC units and spiral ductwork, new stainless steel exhaust hood, and equipment.
