Creative Enterprise Center, Millville
The existing building, located in downtown Millville, was being used as storage as it was in disrepair and extreme renovations. KAVI Construction was hired to completely gut and renovate the former church in a modern and functional office space, apartment, and art studio. A central lobby area was constructed with a vertical chair lift for access to the multiple floor levels. All new electrical panels, service, lighting, and HVAC units were installed for better efficiency. The project also included various finishes throughout.
